Not every visit to our Tsim Sha Tsui workshop is for a new garment — a significant share of our work is altering suits, shirts, and formalwear that were bought off the rack or made elsewhere and never fit quite right. Shoulder adjustments, waist suppression, and re-cutting a jacket's silhouette are common requests.
The decision between altering an existing garment and building a new bespoke suit usually comes down to how much the base garment actually needs to change. A shoulder that is genuinely too wide or too narrow generally cannot be fixed without compromising the jacket's underlying structure, while length and waist suppression are usually straightforward. Alteration appointments are handled at our Tsim Sha Tsui location, typically with a fitting to mark the required changes precisely on the body, followed by a second visit to collect the finished garment. You can book an appointment for either alterations or a new commission.
